Usability engineering deals with usability, that is, the ease of use of a tool. In the case of software, this means that the goal of usability engineers is to deliver software with the team where a product, system, or service can be used effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily by specific users in a specific context of use. To this end, usability engineers ask their customers many, many, many questions and focus entirely on ensuring, through constant collaboration with customers and the development team, that the end product meets these requirements.
