Marco Schneider is a software architect at Active Group GmbH and an expert in functional programming. He brings his knowledge from university teaching into workshops and conference talks. As an iSAQB-accredited trainer for the CPSA-A module "FUNAR - Functional Software Architecture", he teaches functional software architecture.

As Chief Enabler, he is part of the Active Group leadership team and, in addition to software architecture, is responsible for supporting his colleagues in finding and implementing new ideas and ongoing projects. As an Enabler, he identifies, establishes, and strengthens processes and synergies within the company and is responsible for organizational culture development.

He is also a certified Mental Health First Aider and one of two ombudspersons at Active Group.
